Cleadon Archers, Double WA18
World Record Status Tournament
Saturday 23rd January 2027
Targets are now full but the form will remain open as a waiting list
Priority will be given to entries for both morning and afternoon sessions. If space allows individual morning or afternoon sessions will be offered.
Tournament Entries – Important Information
Due to limited target availability, tournament entries are managed through an application and allocation process. Submitting the entry form does not automatically secure a place.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to available target capacity and bow type. As we need to group compatible bow types on targets, applicants may be moved up the waiting list where necessary to make the best use of available spaces.
Successful applicants will be contacted by email from cleadonarchersto@gmail.
If payment is not received within 7 days, the allocated place will be withdrawn and offered to the first suitable archer on the waiting list.
We will maintain an active waiting list and contact applicants as places become available. Anyone still on the waiting list when entries close will be notified by email that their application has been unsuccessful.
Please note: Submitting an application does not constitute acceptance into the tournament. No payment should be made until you have received an email confirming that a place has been allocated to you.
